EXTRACT TEXT FROM IMAGE

Friends now i am going to describe a simple process to extract the text from any image(jpg,png).There are several softwares to do the job but most of them can not finish the work perfectly.There remains 50-60% wrong extraction but today i am telling about an open source software(Online accessed) by Google Docs which can work out the job very perfectly(remains 5%wrong extraction).It is developed by Google and launched on 27-Sep-2009 .If you have a google account then its a 10-12 minute job. "Google Docs" launched this open source application as "OCR"(Optical Character Recognize).It scans your Image file and extract its text into an editable text format.Follow the steps below and proceed.........

1.First Click on the link to go to "Google Docs" .

2.You will get an another window where is an option "Sign in to Google Docs".Click on it.


3.Now you must see that you have to sign in with your google account so don't waste time and sign in.

4.In this step you will be asked for granting permission.Hit the "Grant access" button.


5.Thus you will get the uploading page so browse the picture in which the text exists and click on "Start OCR Import".It will start the uploading and converting processes automatically.


After 10-12 second you will get your required extracted text.Save it to your hard drive.
Check out one sample converted by it.

REMOVE THE NAV-BAR FROM BLOGSPOT TEMPLATE

Suppose you are a blogger and working in blogspot and you have to edit your blog so that it looks like a website (not a blog).You must know there is a lot of limitations in blogspot to customize template as your wise.Now i am telling the solution of one limitation among those.It is how to remove the Nav-Bar(horizontally top most) from your Blogspot template. It is a simple trick just copy an html code and paste it to the specified location declared below

Follow the steps and finish the job..........

1.Open the "Edit HTML" option in your blogspot dashboard.

2.Copy the code #navbar-iframe {display: none !important;}

3.Paste it just before the /* Variable definitions tag at the top side of the template's Html code.


4.Click on "Save Template".

Now view your blog the Nav-bar must be washed out.......

CONVERT YOUR PDF FILE TO TEXT/DOC FILE

Today i am going to solve a wellknown problem within a few seconds.It is converting a pdf file to text file.A software namely "Free PDF to Word Doc Converter"can do the job in a second.

First discuss why we have to convert a PDF file......

• PDF file can be opened in "Adobe Reader" only which is a software requires a large space in hard drive and uses enough RAM.
• We can not edit a PDF file.Some times editing becomes very essential.
• The view of PDF file in website is not very clear.

Now i am declaring the steps for converting.....

1.Download the software and install it.

2.Open the application it will show you the main window like below

It is a free full version software so you need not to find its serial.

3.At the left side of the window you will see an option "Browse" click on it and browse the PDF file you want to convert.

4.Look at the right side of the window there also appeares an option "Browse".Hit on it and fix the location where the output text file will be saved.

5.Now click on the button "Convert to Word Document" to get the output text file.

You can change the output file extension as .doc or .text.

WRITE HIGH QUALITY CD/DVD BY G-BURNER

We all are familiar with Nero in writing.Most users use Nero as an writing software but if your PC is virus affected then Nero can not work properly,sometimes it will also corrupt your Operating System.Today I am telling about a software namely"g-burner"which can write your CD/DVD with high quality within less times than NERO.There is also the options to make Audio CD,Video CD,Copy CD,multisession etc.

In this post the details uses of the software is declared just follow the numbered steps to write.

1.Download the software from the link

2.Install it and open the application.Now you will get the window like below

If you want to buy the software click on “Buy Online” otherwise hitting on “Continue unregistered” proceed.

3.After selecting all the files you want to write, drag and drop these into the largest white space in the main window.

4.Click on “Burn” button to start the burn process.

5.After a few seconds(Completing the Compilation) you will get a window shown like below

MAKE A HIGH QUALITY SLIDESHOW WITH VIDEO BACKGROUND

There is a lot of slideshow making softwares most of them are professional like Microsoft Powerpoint,Wodershare Flash Gallery,Picture to EXE etc but all of these are unable to insert a video in background of a slideshow.Today this is possible by a famous software namely"Pinaccle Video Spin".This software can work out the job very perfectly.After splitting,transitioning,effect adding you can insert a video in the background of a slideshow.

1.Download the software and install it.

2.Open the application(As the software is a trial version at the time of openning there will appear a window for registering,Do not close the window it will stop the application.Click on "Register Now",after openning the webpage close the the webpage.Now you will get the main window of the software.)


3.Drag and Drop the video to the dashboard just left of the button "Video Tutorial" .


4.The software automatically splits the video into short video clips.Drag the clips and drop into the timeline serially.


5.Drag and Drop the photos at the space declared in step 3.Then again drag and drop the photos into the timeline just below the short video clips in timeline.


6.Now you can add hi-fi transitions between two pictures by clicking on the button just above the button"T".watch the screenshot below


7.Now your editing is complete. Hit the "Make Movie" button and then "Create File" to create the final video.


Thus your final video will be created within a few minuites and enjoy.......

REMOVE THE RECYCLE-BIN ICON FROM DESKTOP

All the icons in your desktop can be deleted by deleting it to recycle bin or shift deleting but if you want to delete the Recycle-Bin icon from your desktop it is quite difficult.Today i am telling a simple trick to remove Recycle Bin Icon from desktop.It will take a few seconds.No software is required and no download will needed just follow the steps described below and complete the job......

1.Press "start+r" to open the run window.

2.Type gpedit.msc and click "OK"


3.Now you get the window like below

Double Click on "User Configuration" .


4.Watch right side of the window you will see an option "Administrative Templates".Click on it.


5.Hit the "Desktop" button.


6.Double Click on the option "Remove Recycle Bin-icon from desktop" shown in the screenshot below


7.Now you get an another pop up window where there is a option "Enabled",Click on it and then hit on "Apply".


Close all the windows and refresh your desktop.Look there is no Recycle-Bin icon in your desktop.To get the icon again just click on "Disabled" and then "Apply" shown in the above screenshot.
